We have a purchased 6'000 square meters plot of land with an old village house, at the very end  of the Yegheghis valley, providing direct access to the outdoors. 

We want build to a hotel with hybrid concept of holiday apartments and hotel rooms and we have partnered with Storaket architectural studio to help us imagine what the place would look like.
